Trolls are common but it seems like Aamir Khan has got a disliking for them already. Recently, the actor has responded strongly to criticism over Sitaare Zameen Par being a remake of the 2018 Spanish film Campeones.
The actor defended his decision at a press meet on June 4 and even called the backlash “bakwaas baatein.”

Citing his own history with remakes like Ghajini, Aamir argued, “Since the 70s, remakes have worked more than the original. Main yeh daava kar ke keh sakta hoon… I believe in remakes, and I’ll do it throughout my life.”
He further challenged the notion that remakes are easy or inferior. Aamir said, “If cut and paste is so easy, toh fir aap kar lo.”
