Ajay Devgn's Raid 2 Low Hype, Honey Singh's Song Last Hope

With Raid 2, Ajay Devgn aims to repeat a formula that has always worked for him at the box office which is sequels and remakes.

His upcoming filmography heavily depends on remakes and sequels of his older films and Raid 2 seems to be the start for that ride of remakes and sequels.

However, the formula seems to get everything wrong for the Singham of Bollywood at the moment as the film is not buzzing around the internet as the makers wanted it to.

With mediocre and predictable teasers and trailers, Raid 2 fails to bring something new to the table.

Makers tried to create a buzz for the film with a heated lineup of songs and started their campaign with Tamannaah Bhatia’s dance number Nasha but it also failed to create a huge impact.

The film had everyone talking after the trailer came out and interestingly the buzz was not for the trailer.

It was because of Yo Yo Honey Singh as he was also mentioned in the singer’s column of the film which left everyone anticipating what the rapper has in store.

The makers have released the first look for the song Money Money featuring Yo Yo Honey Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ajay Devgn.

As there is a lot of buzz for Honey Singh, the makers need to capitalize on this and deliver something catchy enough to make the film trend on social media.

As the song officially releases tomorrow, it remains to be seen how it turns out to be and will the makers hit their last chance to create hype for Raid 2 and boost its opening numbers to 14-15 crores.
