Film celebrities are always on the top regarding how much they contribute to the government in terms of taxes. In the latest reports, we came to know that Shah Rukh Khan reportedly paid the highest tax among all the Indian celebrities in 2024.
Fortune India made a report on the same where it is revealed that Shah Rukh paid a tax of Rs. 92 crores. Thalapathy Vijay, who paid a tax of Rs. 80 crore, is in the second position.

Salman Khan is in the third position with a tax payment of 75 crore rupees. Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan comes only after the above actors, and he contributed to a tax of 71 crore rupees. No Telugu stars are in the top five tax payers from the Indian film industry.
On the other hand, cricketer Virat Kohli has paid a tax of 66 crore rupees. MS Dhoni is also in top ten list with a payment of a tax of 38 crore rupees. And then comes Sachin Tendulkar with a payment of 28 crore rupees as a tax.

The following is the list of other popular celebrities and the tax they contributed to the government so far: Ranbir Kapoor (Rs. 36 crore), Hrithik Roshan (Rs. 28 crore), Sourav Ganguly (Rs. 23 crore), Kareena Kapoor Rs. 20 crore), Hardik Pandya (Rs. 13 crore), Kiara Advani (Rs. 12 crore), Mohanlal and Allu Arjun (Rs. 14 crore), and Aamir Khan and Rishabh Pant (Rs. 10 crore).
