Akshay Kumar has been having a rough patch at the theatres with his string of disasters at the box office.
As fans await his much-awaited franchise film Housefull 5, expectations are that the film might be the savior for the superstar.

With a talented star cast, the fifth installment of the film looks to be an exciting comedy ride for the viewers.
According to several sources, the makers are aiming to release the trailer of the film along with Salman Khan’s upcoming film Sikandar.

The idea is to attract a cinema-going audience by releasing the trailer along with the shows of Sikandar. This isn’t the first time that a trailer of a film will be released alongside another huge release.
However, the catch here is that Sikandar will be releasing at Eid which is expected to be at the end of March. Whereas Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5 is expected to release in June.

By releasing the trailer of the film in March, makers will have a long promotional window of about two months which might make the audience lose interest in the film.
While nothing has been made official yet, it would be beneficial for the makers to release the teaser of the film along with Sikandar rather than unveiling the trailer.
The trailer of the film might be scheduled to be released around May to increase more hype and maintain a healthy audience for the film without making them wait a lot.
Housefull 5 looks to be a box office comeback for Akshay Kumar as he works alongside a stellar cast including Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Johny Lever, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, and Sonam Bajwa.
It remains to be seen how the film eventually performs after its theatrical release in June.
