Shah Rukh Khan is currently putting all his focus on King which is going to be a magnum opus directed by Sidharth Anand under the banner of Red Chillies. The film has a promising star cast which includes SRK, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Jaideep Ahlawat, Abhay Verma and many more.
A lot of resources are being exempted for this film and actors are undergoing special martial arts training to make their action seem high end. SRK is set to play a larger than life role and the shooting is supposed to extend till first quarter of 2026.

Many fans and media portals have started speculating that SRK will sign with the maker of many blockbusters like the Pushpa franchise, Mythri Productions, for a film probably directed by Sukumar by the end of 2025. Although, nothing is confirmed by SRK or his team and he is currently 100% dedicated to King only.
It is believed that confirmation on this matter can only come near the end of 2025. But fans are super excited if SRK picks the Mythri project after King as he is expected to be on an unmatched momentum and he can expand a pan-Indian scale viewership with it.
