Chikkadpally Police have taken Actor Allu Arjun into their custody in the Sandhya Theater Stampede Case.
He was taken into custody from his residence a little while ago and is being taken to Chikkadpally Police Station.

It is known that a woman was killed on the spot and her son was admitted to a hospital when a stampede occurred at Sandhya Theater when Allu Arjun came to watch Pushpa 2 premiere show. The actor’s Security team pushed the people there and there was a stampede.
A case was registered with the theater management, Allu Arjun, and his Security team on this issue. Three people of Sandhya theater management were already arrested.

The cases were registered under Sections 105, 118(1), read with 3/5 BNS. Section 105 is a non-bailable case.
Allu Arjun’s lawyers are already working on this case.

Allu Arjun’s team informs M9 News that the Police have informed them it is just for an inquiry. But the visuals suggest that it can not be a simple inquiry.

If he has to approach the High Court, they will have to file a lunch motion petition today and press the court for an urgent hearing.
Tomorrow being the second Saturday is a holiday for the High Court and after Sunday holiday, the court will hear the matter only on Monday if not today.
