Nandamuri Kalyan Ram may not be a mainstream hero like many others in the entertainment space, but he has done a fair number of films—close to 20—and has had his share of hits as well as misses. He has always operated in his own zone.
Kalyan Ram is now making a comeback with Arjun Son Of Vyjayanthi . The inclusion of veteran actress Vijayashanti has definitely generated some buzz. This film is particularly very crucial for him, as his last two releases didn’t perform well at the box office.

He returns with an out-and-out commercial entertainer built on a tried-and-tested formula, with strong emotional appeal—especially a mother sentiment at its core.
It appears that the team is heavily banking on the film’s last 20 minutes, which have been promoted as the heart of the film. Even his brother Jr. NTR has highlighted that these final moments will leave a lasting impact.

Arjun Son Of Vyjayanthi will premiere in the U.S. slightly later than the usual standard time. Shows are scheduled sporadically starting around 7 p.m. EST. That means the initial talk will be out before 8 a.m. IST.
This film is a good opportunity for Kalyan Ram, especially since his previous two projects failed. The timing also seems favorable—there’s no major competition at the box office. The only other film releasing this week Odela 2 has received extremely mixed responses.
