Final Destination: Bloodlines is surprisingly creating amazing records in India. While there was a debate on the popularity of the franchise and the competition it was supposed to face from Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning, the numbers are proving something else.
After an opening day record of Rs. 4.30 crores, the collections jumped to Rs. 5 crores on Friday, followed by Rs. 5.50 crores on Saturday. The overall number has been reported as Rs. 22.45 crores on the weekend, with the collection touching the mark of Rs. 6.6 crores on Sunday.

As per an update, Mumbai’s Gaiety Galaxy also replaced two shows of Raid 2 with Final Destination. This happened on Sunday due to public demand, and currently, the film is still running at the iconic theatre with five shows in Gemini.
Considering that theatres would offer tickets for Rs. 99 and Rs. 149 on Tuesday, there is a possibility that the audience rush might expand and the film can easily collect Rs. 50 crores in the first week.

On the other hand, Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning is also doing well. Theatres witnessed heavy occupancy across India as the film was released a week earlier than the US, and the overall numbers are reported to be Rs. 33 crores in two days.
At a time when audiences have refused to visit theatres, two Hollywood films have managed to bring people back to the big screen. The main reason for this is entertaining content.
