Nani Voice in All 5 Languages

Nani’s much-awaited thriller HIT 3 is just eight days away from its worldwide release. Promotions are going strong. Nani, along with lead actress Srinidhi Shetty, has been promoting the film in multiple languages, including Hindi.

However, despite the buzz, HIT 3 will not have a Hindi release in national multiplexes. The reason? Its OTT deal with Netflix.

The film has been sold to Netflix for a hefty price. As per the deal, it must follow a strict 4-week theatrical window for all languages. Because of this short window, multiplex chains have decided not to screen the Hindi version in theatres.

But the team isn’t backing down. Nani and his crew have taken a big step by using AI technology. His voice will now be heard in all dubbed versions—Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada—thanks to advanced AI dubbing tools.

Speaking about the experience, Nani said, “We used to work hard for dubbing, but now AI has made the process simpler. I recorded reference tracks, and AI replicated my voice for other languages. I can dub in Hindi but for Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada, I can make mistakes in pronunciation.”

“Now with AI, that’s not the case. The big win is that now, audiences hear my voice across all versions. That creates a stronger connect—whether they watch interviews or the film, it feels like the same person.”

Nani feels this is a turning point. He believes AI can help actors connect more deeply—not just through visuals but also through voice, across languages.

Having watched the HIT 3 trailer in other languages, the AI-dubbed voice seems decent. There are a few rough edges, but it’s a promising start. With time, it’s only going to get better.
