When advance bookings opened for Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule, the initial numbers seemed a bit slow. However, after the release, there has been a significant momentum in North America box office sales.
Devara collected $6,078,545, making it the 6th highest-grossing Telugu film of all time and NTR’s second-best career grosser after Aravinda Sametha. It turned out to be a profitable venture for everyone involved in Devara in the U.S. and Canada.

Although both films can’t be directly compared—since Pushpa 2 has the advantage of being a sequel—this comparison highlights how massive Pushpa 2 is at the box office.
