The Telugu film industry is known for being one of the most consistent film industries in India when it comes to producing commercial cinema. The kind of commercial entertainment Telugu films offer is superior to even Bollywood films.

There have been several comments on Telugu Twitter space about how no Telugu Hero would be daring enough to play such a raw and deglam role. But the real culprit here is not the superstars, but instead, the Telugu Twitter group itself.

For instance, if any top superstar in Telugu cinema plays a beggar on big screen, then there would be no end for the trolls that would come up against him.

This picture or poster would be used multiple times against him during fan wars. If at all any superstar plays such a raw beggar, or any such deglam look, we wouldn’t hear the end of it.

Allu Arjun did it to some degree with Pushpa. But even in the case of this film, the looks and experimentation paid off only because of the fact that the film was a tremendous success at the box office.

Had the film failed at the box office, these very pictures would have been used to absolutely smash Allu Arjun.

In such a complex situation, where there would be no end to silly and senseless trolls, superstar from Telugu cinema would dare to play such a deglamorised role. Not because of the lack of creative juices, but rather for the social media hate that would follow.
