Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s Pushpa 3 is making waves in the North, especially in the Hindi markets. However, there is growing debate over whether a follow-up to Pushpa 2, titled Pushpa 3: The Rampage, should even be made.
Recently announced sequel films like Salaar 2 and Devara 2 have received criticism for weak cliffhangers, and audiences aren’t particularly invested in them. For that matter, Kalki 2898 AD is facing the same situation.

Pushpa 3 also has a cliffhanger, which some feel no one cares about. This has sparked discussion on whether Pushpa 3 should be made or scrapped.
Given the massive success of the Pushpa series at the box office, especially in Hindi, it would be a shame if Sukumar and Allu Arjun decided not making Pushpa 3.

However, if they do move forward with the film, they must ensure the story doesn’t leave any unresolved plot points from the first two parts. Otherwise, they will face more heat from Telugu audiences.
One thing is certain: there won’t be any pressure on Sukumar or Allu Arjun for Pushpa 3. It’s up to the director and hero to decide when to start working on it. When they do, though, the North Indian market will surely be excited, and the fans of Pushpa will make it even bigger.
