The teaser for the year’s highly anticipated movie, War 2, is out. It brings two powerhouse talents, Hrithik Roshan and NTR, from North and South together, for the first time. The combination along with the sequel factor had made it the most awaited movie ever since its announcement.

The teaser is perfectly cut in the sense that it shows exactly what it has to offer, visually and emotionally. The scale, as expected, is grand, and it promises to be the best action thriller coming out of India. But what makes it further special is the latter, where Hrithik Roshan and Tarak are pitted against each other.
When it comes to Hrithik Roshan, we know what he is capable of in this terrain. We have already seen him do the same in multiple flicks. It is the presence of Tarak that elevates the whole thing. The duo look fresh together, and the voice over from the Telugu star adds fun to the glimpses. We feel his rage all over the globetrotting action tale. But, as it is still a teaser, we should wait and see if their more to it (Tarak’s character) than what’s seen here.

Coming to the teaser from a Telugu star perspective and especially for someone like NTR, it could have been a bit better. As mentioned previously, it is still a glimpse, so all the action and stunts and the voice over are fine, but we are missing the ‘unique’ factor with characterisation here.
The whole thing comes across like a generic villain role we see in such large-scale action movies from Bollywood, where they hire a Southern star/actor for the antagonist role. It doesn’t look like the case here, and we hope the upcoming promotional content makes that clear.
