The release date for Yash’s upcoming action drama ‘Toxic’ has been revealed now. It will be hitting the theaters on the 19th of March in 2026. It will have the festive weekend at the time of the release, as Ugadi, Gudi Padwa and Eid come around that time. But there is a problem.
Ranbir and Vicky’s ‘Love And War’ is coming at the same time and the two movies will have a huge clash. Yash is making a big mistake by clashing with such an anticipated film when there are many other dates available.

Ranbir and Vicky are both actors from the 500 crore club after ‘Chhaava’ and ‘Animal’ and Alia Bhatt as the lead actress will be another powerhouse performer. Fans are excited to have a classic romance from Bhanshali too.
But for Toxic, there are not many USPs for the movie except Yash. Yash is yet to make an image apart from K.G. F’s Rocky for the pan-Indian audience. So it will be quite a gamble. It is very wrong timing if he wants to prove himself.

Toxic’s director Geethu Mohandas is a niche director and does not have much credibility for big-budget films with big stars. And the recent teaser for the film got some flak for being vulgar as well. So, it looks like Love & War has an edge over Toxic but the tides can change any time too.
Ranbir Kapoor and Yash will be seen together in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ where they play Ram and Ravana respectively. It will be interesting for fans to see them clash with two completely different movies on Eid 2026.
