Naidu revealed that he is planning to give name badges to the entire TTD staff in all departments so that it will be easier to identify employees who behave rudely with the pilgrims.

“By giving this name badge, it will be possible to identify those who behave rudely towards the devotees. I believe this badge system will encourage TTD employees to act responsibly and dedicate themselves to serving the devotees who come from distant places to have darshan of the almighty,” he added.
People welcomed this decision and opined that introducing name badges to the staff would significantly reduce the acts of employees misbehaving with the pilgrims.
