MIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi took on Chandrababu for supporting the Waqf Act 2025. The Central government is all set to pass the Act which is aimed at reforming and streamlining the Waqf properties across India.
It is known that TDP plays a key role in the NDA government. Owaisi said due to the luxury it enjoys in the NDA government, TDP’s reluctance to support the Waqf Act will immediately reduce the intensity with which the Center is trying to pass the Bill.

Involvement in the Waqf activities is involving in the properties of Muslims. By supporting it, Chandrababu has diluted the sanctity of Constitution of India. He has diluted the principles of secularism and pluralism of our country, said Owaisi.

Owaisi then made a big statement. He said Chandrababu thought only of his rule as a CM. Though he ruled AP for 9 years and divided Andhra Pradesh for five years, Chandrababu did not think about Lokesh, his heir, said Owaisi.
He will make Lokesh the next CM, not NTR Jr, isn’t it questioned Asaduddin. Then why did he ruin Lokesh’s future by supporting the Act, wondered the MIM leader addressing a huge gathering.
