botsa-satyanarayana--pawan-kalyan Nothing Happens Without A Reason!

Nothing happens like that without a reason in Politics. Every action has an intent and a result sooner or later.

A few months ago, after the Assembly session, the MLAs and MLC were waiting for their cars in the Assembly premises.

Seeing Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, MLA Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, and YSR Congress MLCs stepped aside. But Botsa Satyanarayana, the leader of Opposition in the Council went ahead and greeted Pawan Kalyan.

He even gave a shake hand and hugged Pawan Kalyan.

Back then, this act of Botsa led to speculations that the Senior Politician would be winding up his shop in the YSR Congress and would join the Janasena Party sooner or later.

A similar incident happened once again the other day.

On Monday, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan was greeted by the Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly, Botsa Satyanarayana.

While the MLAs were leaving after finishing the photo session, the YSRCP MLCs came across them.

In this sequence, Botsa greeted Pawan by saying, ‘How are you.. Are you okay?’. On this occasion, both the leaders shook hands.

No other YSR Congress MLC went to Pawan Kalyan or greeted him.

If Botsa is just being courteous, he did not go to the CM or Lokesh.

So what is happening with Botsa Satyanarayana?

Is he joining Janasena very soon? Or is he keeping his options open if the time comes?

Balineni Srinivasa Reddy used to behave similarly to Pawan Kalyan before the 2024 elections.

Pawan Kalyan used to speak well about Balineni and the latter would go soft on the Janasenani, unlike the other YSR Congress leaders.

Initially, Balineni denied joining Janasena, he switched sides when the time came.

Jagan Mohan Reddy boycotted the Assembly since he was not given the Leader of the Opposition Status.

Since there is no YSR Congress voice in the Assembly, Jagan thought Botsa’s seniority would help the party in the Council where they have the majority.

Jagan fielded Botsa Satyanarayana in the Vishakapatnam Local Bodies by-election by promising him the Leader of Opposition Post. Botsa was skeptical about contesting the election in the Opposition.

He agreed after promising the LoP post which comes with a Cabinet Rank. Luckily for him, Chandrababu decided not to contest as he was not interested in horse-trading.

It should be mentioned here that Botsa belongs to the same community as Pawan Kalyan.

It will be a big jolt to Jagan if Botsa Satyanarayana is up to something!
