It is known to our readers that Pawan Kalyan won from Pithapuram with sensational majority of 70,279 votes.
This victory is special because it has come after a humiliation in 2019 when Pawan Kalyan lost from both the seats he contested.

16 from TDP, three from Jana Sena, one from BJP, and two from Amaravati JAC have been given opportunities.

DK served as the Member of Parliament (Chittoor) for the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and also held the coveted post of Chairman of TTD trust board. He was often hailed as an elderly figure for the hugely-populous Balija (Kapu) community spread across Rayalaseema.

After he passed away in 2013, his wife D.A. Satyaprabha became the TDP MLA for Chittoor, while his son D. Adi Srinivas contested unsuccessfully from Rajampeta Lok Sabha constituency from Praja Rajyam Party floated before disappearing into political oblivion.

Chaitanya followers were telling locally that she funded the entire election expense of Pawan Kalyan in Pithapuram and so, it is confirmed that she will be getting this plum post.
After TTD Chairman, there is a demand for the post of TUDA Chairman in the Erstwhile Chittoor district. There is a lot of competition for this post even before the elections.
Chandragiri MLA Pulivarthi Nani, former MLA Sugunamma, Chandragiri TDP leader Dollars Diwakar Reddy, Tirupati District TDP President Narasimha Yadav, Mabbu Devanarayana Reddy, Sura Sudhakar Reddy and others have expected this post.
But Lokesh intervened and got it for Dollars Diwakar Reddy.
Dollars Diwakar Reddy expected Chandragiri Ticket but at the last minute, TDP leadership opted Pulivarthi Nani.
Dollars Diwakar Reddy reportedly worked hard for Nani’s victory and also spent huge money in the election.
Lokesh felt it is good in all the ways if Dollars Diwakar Reddy was made the TUDA Chairman. So, Chaitanya did not get a chance.
