“Even in my constituency and my mandal, the officials of YSR Congress times are still continuing. I repeatedly asked the Government to shuffle the officials as they have connections with YSR Congress leaders. But nobody listened. Even in Government, they are still working for YSR Congress leaders and the result is the murder of our leader today,” Amarnath Reddy said.
“It is appalling that we could not save the life of our own leader despite being in the Government,” the former Minister added.

Until now, we saw this kind of report about continuing YSR Congress favorable officials in the Newspapers.
Now, a Former Minister and MLA confirmed it indicating the gravity of the situation.
Normally, the leaders would hesitate to talk about such things as it would invite ire of the High Command.
But Amarnath Reddy saying it before the media indicates how vexed they are.
The anguish of the cadre is completely justified.
Wonder what the Chief Minister and Lokesh are doing?
In faction-ridden areas, if things like this are ignored, it can prove to be very costly.
Whatever the Party and the Government do now will not bring back Ramakrishna’s life.
Investments, Administration, etc can wait for a few days. Chandrababu Naidu should sit for a fortnight and set right simple things like this so that the lives of cadre are saved.
Meanwhile, the main accused in the Ramakrishna murder case, Venkataramana, surrendered to the police and another accused was reportedly taken into custody on Sunday.
The accused include Venkataramana, Reddeppareddy, Rajini, Trilok, and others. A case has been registered against five people based on the complaint of the deceased’s son Suresh.
