For a very long time, there were speculations in Telangana Politics that the BJP, BRS, and TDP would unite and form an alliance before the coming election.
BRS will need the support of the BJP, which is ruling Delhi, and TDP is an ally of the BJP and also commands the votes of the settlers in many Assembly Segments across Telangana.

So, the speculations were rife for a long time.
Meanwhile, Nagarkurnool MP Mallu Ravi made an interesting comment.

“The BJP, BRS, and TDP parties together are trying to overthrow the people’s government. No matter how many attempts they make, the Congress party is sure to win the upcoming elections with a huge majority. Revanth Reddy will win just like how Indira Congress did win in 1978,” Mallu Ravi said.
This is the first time a big leader is talking about the alliance of the BJP, BRS, and TDP.

Mallu Ravi is known to be a leader in the close coterie of the Congress High Command. Is he saying this with specific information?
As things stand today, the Public Perception of Revanth Reddy’s Government is too bad.
There are many Psephologists who say Revanth Reddy will lose for sure whenever the elections are held.
If there is a grand alliance, it is for other reasons.
BRS may be compelled to join the BJP because the Delhi Liquor Scam is looming large over Kalvakuntla Kavitha. Also, the support of the Central Government will be vital because Telangana goes to the election early, i.e., one year before the General Election.
BJP is currently very inactive in the Opposition Space.
TDP is its ally already in Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. The party can pull in votes in the Settlers-dominated areas.
Also, there are signs that Telangana sentiment is no longer an election issue. So, there may not be resistance to TDP coming to Telangana. Moreover, if KCR is on the same side, it will automatically become a non-issue.
Even though Mallu Ravi did not mention, Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena will also be a part of this alliance and can pull some youth votes.
Chandrababu Naidu and Revanth Reddy are Guru and Sishya. When the then BRS Government mishandled the issue of Chandrababu’s arrest before the last elections, TDP sympathizers voted en masse to Congress.
Also, TDP supporters like Revanth Reddy so much.
So, it is an interesting equation if we are going to see Chandrababu Naidu Vs Revanth Reddy.
