CM Revanth Reddy

Telangana Formation Day is coming up, and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has reached out to former CM K Chandrashekar Rao inviting him to the official celebration, Telangana Avirbhava Dashabdi Utsav, on June 2nd.

Revanth Reddy took the extra step of writing a personal letter to KCR, which will be hand-delivered by protocol advisor Harkara Venugopal and director Arvind Singh.

They’re making sure KCR gets the invitation, even traveling to his farmhouse in Gajwel.

Notably, Revanth Reddy extended this invitation to KCR despite their political differences.

However, there’s uncertainty about whether KCR will attend, given their extreme political rivalry. KCR didn’t even attend assembly sessions just to avoid Revanth.

Many expect that this time, KCR will also avoid attending the event to evade a face-off with Revanth. The rivalry between both has escalated to another level, and KCR avoiding facing CM Revanth and skipping assembly sessions as the responsible opposition leader did not sit well with many. However, Revanth’s personal invitation is a win, but this will only keep KCR in a fix.

Sonia Gandhi’s attendance is also anticipated; it is impossible to imagine KCR facing Revanth Reddy and Sonia.
