Pawan kalyan

For the last few months, there have been speculations about a strained relationship between Pawan Kalyan and Allu Arjun.

It all started when Allu Arjun campaigned for YCP MLA candidate Silpa Ravi in Nandyal during the elections. This move irked Mega fans and Janasena supporters.

Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan’s latest statements are making waves on social media, and people are wondering whether it is an indirect jibe at Allu Arjun.

If we get into the story, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan visited Bengaluru earlier today to attend the International Human-Elephant Conflict Management Conference, at the invitation of Karnataka Forest Minister Ishwar Khandre.

Speaking at an event there, Pawan Kalyan explained the cultural shift in movies and the portrayal of heroes over the years.

He said that 40 years ago, heroes used to save forests, and now they are cutting trees and smuggling them in movies.

Pawan pointed out that Kannada actor Rajkumar’s film Gandhada Gudi talked about forest preservation. He said that the film is about a forest officer saving the forest from smugglers.

“I was recently sharing with my officers how the culture transformed. Forty years ago, a hero was someone who saved the forests. Now, a hero is someone who cuts down the forests and ruins the land,” said Pawan.

Pawan said that even he is part of the cinema field and he often struggles to make such films, questioning what kind of message he is giving to people.

Notably, Allu Arjun plays the role of a sandalwood smuggler in the Pushpa film franchise. Thus, Pawan’s statements are being directed by people towards Allu Arjun, even though his intention might not be the same.
