Huge Explosion at Telangana Spice Kitchen

A major explosion occurred at Telangana Spice Kitchen in Jubilee Hills early Sunday and left two people injured, including a toddler.

The blast originated from the restaurant’s kitchen, which was soon engulfed in flames.

Initial findings suggest the explosion was caused by a refrigerator compressor failure which led to severe damage to the property.

The force of the blast sent debris flying up to 100 meters, impacting nearby Durga Bhavani Nagar.

A woman named Pooja and her young daughter sustained minor injuries from the flying debris.

Additionally, four huts belonging to construction workers were destroyed, and several nearby electricity poles were knocked down.

Upon receiving reports, Jubilee Hills DCP Vijay Kumar and ACP Venkatagiri arrived to investigate.

The police detained the hotel manager for questioning, and forensic teams collected evidence from the site.

Meanwhile, local MLA Danam Nagender visited the area to assess the situation. The investigation into the cause of the explosion is ongoing.
