The Akkineni family members were recently spotted at the Nampally court to attend the hearing of a petition they filed. It is related to their case against Telangana Minister Konda Surekha for her controversial comments.
Konda Surekha linked the separation of Naga Chaitanya Akkineni and Samantha to KTR. Now, the Nampally Court has issued notices to Minister Konda Surekha.

Nagarjuna approached the Nampally Court on October 8, requesting criminal action against Konda Surekha for her statements, which he believes have severely damaged his family’s reputation. Nagarjuna and his family attended the court’s hearing and recorded their statements.
Nagarjuna claimed that their family enjoys a reputation in and outside the film industry but has been deeply distressed by the minister’s defamatory remarks. Nagarjuna also mentioned that the comments were widely telecast and published in newspapers, causing emotional and reputational harm to his family.

After reviewing the petition, the Nampally Special Magistrate’s Court issued notices to Minister Konda Surekha and scheduled the next hearing for October 23.
Simultaneously, former Telangana IT Minister, Kalvakuntla Taraka Ramarao also approached the court with yet another defamation suit against the Minister for her objectionable comments.
