AP IT Minister Nara Lokesh is known for being active on social media and addressing the requests of citizens who are in distress. From time to time, he extends his help and support to many.
In the latest development, Lokesh extended support to a person named Vannurappa, a Janasena worker who has been undergoing severe health issues.

Getting into details, Vannurappa took to X to share his plight with Lokesh.
“Since my spinal injury, I’ve been unable to urinate or defecate without using a catheter. Over time, the prolonged use of the catheter led to weight gain and caused a rupture in my urethra. Due to the severe pain and inflammation, I consulted a doctor who discovered a high infection and a hole near my urethra, which had ruptured badly.”

He added that the doctor recommended surgery, but after waiting for a while, he took medication to reduce the infection and returned home that day.
“The pain and inflammation are excruciating, and both of my legs are severely infected in the pelvic area. I can’t bear the pain, which has been a constant struggle for the past nine years. A new problem has emerged, and I don’t know how to handle it. There isn’t a day that goes by without tears, and I can’t understand how many more years of this suffering I will endure. Please help me,” requested the Janasena worker.

Nara Lokesh responded immediately and assured his support to Vannuraopa.
Lokesh wrote, “Do not be discouraged about your illness @VannurappaJSP. Your health condition has been brought to my attention by the team. My team will look into all the possibilities and take the necessary steps to improve your health condition @OfficeofNL.”
Vannurappa was overwhelmed by the prompt response and thanked Lokesh for his kind gesture. He wrote, “Anna! @naralokesh I have been hearing about your goodness and your great heart for years, but I feel lucky to have it happen to me in person today.”
“I prayed to all Gods to bring me out of this hell. Today, it reached you and it gives me hope in life. I worked hard to see the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance government in Andhra Pradesh. In six months, the government has done a lot of things which made me happy. I am forever indebted to you,” he added.
