Remand for Nandigama Suresh in 13th Case

Nandigam Suresh has been taken into police remand for assault on TDP karyakarta. The Mangalagiri Court gave the remand orders, following which he was shifted to Guntur jail. Already the YSRCP ex MP is out on bail on several cases.

He was taken for medical tests on Monday morning and presented before the Court. The Court then ordered remand. On May 17, Nandigam Suresh along with his brother and another person attacked TDP worker Raju in ex MP’s own village Uddandarayunipalem in Tulluru district.

Following a complaint by Raju’s wife, the police found that an attempt was made to kidnap and murder Raju. The police took Suresh into custody on Sunday and he was presented before the Court on Monday. The Court imposed 14-day remand and Nandigam Suresh was immediately shifted to Guntur jail.

It has to be recollected that Nandigam Suresh had gone to Guntur jail on other occasions. He went to jail regarding the murder of Mariamma and attack on TDP office case. Twelve cases were filed on him already and this is the 13th case. If two more cases are filed on him, the police are contemplating to put PD Act on Suresh. The police have already sent their report to higher-ups.
