This is one of the crucial promises made in the Manifesto, and Lokesh delivered it on Chandrababu Naidu’s Birthday.
The previous Jagan government did not release a single DSC notification during the five years it was in power between 2019-2024.

The last DSC was issued in 2018 when the TDP was in power.
Jagan promised to give a mega DSC when he came to power. He said that the job calendar is January 1st every year. But in the past five years, no DSC has been given.

When the YSRCP leaders were in opposition, they used to say that there were millions of vacancies, but after coming to power, they said that there were no vacancies.
They only embezzled the funds in the name of Nadu-Nedu.
So, after the announcement of the Mega DSC, YSR Congress is desperate to smear mud on it somehow.
YSR Congress and its ecosystem say that while there are over 27,000 vacant posts, the government is cheating the unemployed by giving notification only for 16,347 posts.
Assuming the 27,000 vacant posts is true, which is cheating – not filling any posts in five years or filling 16,347 posts in less than a year of coming to power?
And then, the YSRCP ecosystem is breaking bangles about incorporating Minimum marks for the qualification.
The applicants must have 50% in the Intermediate and a 50% Degree to be eligible.
Sakshi is breaking down in tears, saying that Eight Lakh Aspirants will become ineligible.
Assuming this number is also right, what is wrong with keeping an eligibility criterion? That too at just 50% marks.
The selected candidates should teach the students and prepare the coming generations.
Nara Lokesh aspires to transform the School Education in Andhra Pradesh. Even though this decision is harsh on some applicants, it is imperative to bring some rules for the greater good.
Keeping aside everything, anyone but Sakshi and the YSR Congress is eligible to comment about the Mega DSC having cheated the applicants for five years.
