Revanth Reddy said that in August 2019, KCR said that Rayalaseema would be turned into ratanala seema. He and then CM Jagan met 4 times at Pragathi Bhavan and decided to divert Godavari waters to Rayalaseema.

Then ministers Eatala and Buggana Rajendranath announced the same in press conferences. This is now being used to push Banakacharla, which is against the interests of Telangana, said CM Revanth Reddy.
