The Telangana BJP was expecting to get a new chief around March 15 or so was the talk. However, it looks like the decision will be postponed further.
The BJP national chief will be announced towards the end of this month or during the first week of April.Meanwhile, it is said the BJP top leaders are in a dilemma to pick the candidate satisfying all equations in Telangana.

While Eatala was said to be a strong contender, the name of DK Aruna came up as she is a woman and belongs to the Reddy community. Even M Raghunandana Rao is in the race.
With demand for BCs gaining ground, the BJP bosses are contemplating who to pick.

Also like the Congress, the BJP is facing internal fight with many speaking against Kishan Reddy. They feel he couldn’t give a right direction to the party. Many are said to be contemplating looking at greener pastures if Kishan continues.
Many are also unhappy that they are not playing the part of opposition despite winning 8 LS seats, while BRS drew a blank.
