Former YSRCP MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan’s wife Pankajasri has expressed concern over his health condition.
Pankajasri spoke to the media after meeting Vamsi, who is a remand prisoner in Vijayawada Jail.

She expressed her concern that Vamsi is being mentally tortured and has been unjustly arrested in a baseless case.
Her anguish as a woman and a wife is understandable.

Vamsi is likely to be in the Top 5 of YSR Congress’s Hit List and she should be very worried.
But then, what is the use of all this now?

But women like Pankajasri should have alerted and warned their husbands while they were going uncontrollable.
The language of Vamsi is highly deplorable. He is the first one to begin the character assassination of Nara Bhuvaneshwari.
What would Pankajasri answer if she were questioned about the same?
Every woman would feel uncomfortable with such rubbish talk.
What is the use of lamenting about it now?
In a patriarchal society like ours, it is unlikely that women will be allowed to talk.
If she tried to talk but Vamsi did not change, it is her fate to suffer now.
Sadly, she will get no sympathy from anyone. YSR Congress is sending women whenever some leader or social media activist has been arrested but until now, this strategy did not yield any results.
Meanwhile, Vallabhaneni Vamsi is serving 14 days of Judicial Remand. In all probability, he is unlikely to be released any sooner.
It is widely speculated that Vamsi’s close friend, Kodali Nani will be next on the list.
