YSR Congress is foul-crying the arrest of its Social Media Psychos. The party is trying to save them by passing off their filth and obscene posts in the name of Freedom of Speech. But then, the party received a severe setback in the High Court.
The party leader, PV Vijaya Babu filed a PIL in the high court against the social media arrests happening in Andhra Pradesh but the court refused to interfere.

The AP High Court has questioned whether it is wrong to file cases against those who post obscene posts.
The court commented that there were posts even insulting the judges.

The court refused to give any orders to stop the actions of the police.
“If there is any issue about any case/arrest, they should approach the court directly. It is not possible to take PILs on the issue,” the court said.

PV Vijaya Babu who filed this PIL is a journalist who supports YSR Congress and is a Panelist on Sakshi TV debates now. In 2022, Jagan appointed him as the Chairman of Andhra Pradesh’s Official Languages’ Commission.
This ruling will come as a big blow to the YSR Congress.
The arrests of social media psychos already crossed Sixty. The entire social media ecosystem is trembling with fear. Many accounts have already been deactivated. With no support from the courts, it is evident that the Psychos have to languish in jail and go through a lengthy legal process.
This will weaken the YSR Congress on social media big time.
