KTR’s E-Racing case will come up for hearing in Supreme Court tomorrow. After the High Court dismissed his quash petition, KTR filed an SLP(Special Leave Petition) in the Supreme Court on Jan 8.
Judges bench comprising Justice Bela M Trivedi, Justice Prasanna Varle will be hearing the case.

In a counter to KTR, the Telangana government and ACB have submitted a caveat petition to the Apex Court.
KTR’s case is listed at 37 number tomorrow.

KTR has been claiming that he will fight the case and reiterated his belief in law and justice.
It remains to be seen what happens in Supreme Court tomorrow. Incidentally, both parties have maintained that law will take its course.

While the BRS has maintained the case is based on revenge politics, the Congress government insists the wrong need to face scrutiny.
