It is known that a case was recently registered against YV Subbareddy, his son Vikrant Reddy, and Vijayasai Reddy based on a complaint by KV Rao, alleging that they threatened him and forcibly grabbed the shares of Kakinada Port from him for a small amount.
YSR Congress leaders are making allegations on KV Rao and Vijaysai Reddy even called him as a Binami of Chandrababu.

At this juncture, Yanamala Rama Krishnudu had written an open letter to the Chief Minister alleging that big companies belonging to KV Rao Chowdary acquired land in the Kakinada SEZ at a low price and then sold it to GMR for hundreds of crores.
Yanamala mentioned in the letter that they then sold it to another company and made a profit of 4,000 Crores.

In his letter, Yanamala mentioned KV Rao Chowdary even though there is no ‘Chowdary’ in KV Rao’s name and demanded that justice to be done to the poor BC farmers whose lands were grabbed.

Political Experts believe that Yanamala is trying to blackmail Chandrababu in the name of BC card.
He is upset about not getting an MLC berth.
Kakinada Port and SEZ are not anything new. They did not come today or in the last six months. Yanamala did not talk about them previously.
Despite adding no value to the party, Chandrababu always respected Yanamala including the last election.
Tuni is a TDP Stronghold. Ramakrishnudu won six times on a trot as an MLA from Tuni constituency since 1983 elections.
He lost 2009 elections due to his high headedness and later went to the Council. Yanamala’s Brother Krishnudu contested from Tuni in 2014 and 2019 and lost in both the elections.
Even though Yanamala and his family are in losing streak, Chandrababu always ensured Cabinet Rank Posts for Yanamala considering the BC Card.
In the recent elections, his daughter Divya was given Tuni ticket and Yanamala’s brother Krishnudu turned rebel and joined YSR Congress.
His Son-in-law Putta Mahesh Yadav got Eluru MP Ticket. His BIL Putta Sudhakar Yadav got Mydukuru Ticket.
Ramakrishnudu’s MLC Position tenure ended recently and he is trying to blackmail Chandrababu for not giving him another chance.
