AP Highcourt Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy

The AP High Court on Friday issued orders regarding the anticipatory bail petition of YSRCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy. The court imposed restrictions on his movement, prohibiting him from going to Macherla on the day of vote counting but allowing him to go to the Narasaraopeta counting center.

Furthermore, the court ordered Pinnelli to remain in the Lok Sabha constituency center until the 6th of next month and instructed him not to speak to the media about the case or attempt to contact the witnesses.

In the orders, the High Court directed the Chief Election Officer and police officials to closely monitor Pinnelli’s movements.

It is known that on Thursday, the High Court ordered that no action be taken against Pinnelli, who is accused A1 in the case of destroying the EVM at the polling station, until June 6.
