A shocking theft took place in Durg when a man walked into a jewelry shop, put gold rings on all ten of his fingers, and ran away.
The owner, Anand Agarwal, said the incident happened on Wednesday afternoon when he and his wife were at the hospital. Only a female employee was in the shop when the man arrived, asking to see gold rings.

At first, he looked at a few rings. Then, without warning, he grabbed multiple rings from the tray, put them on all his fingers, and ran out of the shop.
The employee shouted for help, but the thief escaped into a nearby alley. Witnesses said two people were waiting there with a bike, and he got away with them.

What made it even stranger was that the shop owner saw everything happening live on his mobile through CCTV but couldn’t do anything.
The police arrived soon after and started their investigation. The thief’s face is clear in the CCTV footage, and officers are now working to track him down. They believe the theft was well-planned and are confident they will catch him soon.
