Woman Murdered with Chopper

A shocking incident has recently surfaced from Pune, Maharashtra, where a woman has been the victim of workplace violence by her own colleague.

Shubhada Shankar Kodare, an accountant at WNS Global Services in Yerwada was attacked with a chopper by her colleague on January 7, resulting in a deep arm injury that ultimately led to her death.

Subhada had reportedly borrowed Rs.4 Lakhs from Krishna Satyanarayan Kanaujia, an accountant at the same company, who decided that it was okay to take her life when she was unable to pay him back.

Naturally, this incident has angered many on social media, who are questioning the loose workplace security measures enforced to protect an employee’s life.

One user said, “This is a wake-up call for companies to reassess their security protocols.”

The police are investigating further, with the situation under control, and the perpetrator firmly behind handcuffs.




But any kind of justice now can’t bring Shubhada back, whose life’s value was decided to be equal to 4 lakhs by her own colleague.
