MBBS degree is not anymore required to be a doctor; BA in English is well and good enough to be a general physician in India, it seems!
An MBBS degree is a must to be a doctor as it deals with the lives of people, but some people who don’t even know what an MBBS degree means and just with Dolo 650 Knowledge become general physicians in India and cause a high risk in people’s lives.

An X user named purpleready posted an image of a doctor’s prescription, in which the doctor’s qualification was mentioned as BA English. It looks horrible, and it also mentions that the doctor has 28 years of experience as a general physician. Who gave him the license to be a doctor? and the worst dark comedy in this scenario is B. A English-graduated doctor even doesn’t know the correct spelling as he wrote ‘Abdomon’ and ‘Ultrasonogna’ in the prescription.
Not only BA English-graduated doctors but there were also BE-graduated doctors on the rural side of India. Government and police officials should take strict action on these fake doctors and should ensure the safety of people’s lives.
