Jasprit Bumrah has been India’s golden bowler for far too long now. He has always stepped up to the occasion and delivered when no other bowler could.
His amazing bowling performance, both in the BGT as well as in the ongoing test match between India and England has led to him getting massive praise from all around the world.

Although this praise should make every Indian feel proud, something doesn’t feel right. The Indian pace attack without Bumrah is in complete shambles.
Siraj, Prasiddh and Shardul are in a pathetic state, struggling to take wickets while costing runs like nobody’s business.

This begs the question: Are we really a test-ready team in terms of pace? Or have we just put on the test jacket on top of the IPL jersey?
Pacers for test matches are not picked based on their first-class performances, but based on their performance in a T20 league!

What could be more pathetic than that? Siraj, despite several failures in recent red-ball games, has still been kept in the team for God knows why.
If the Indian pace attack doesn’t step up to the game soon, we may just witness Bumrah going to the basement to get into his car and on his way to get a scan yet again!
