Mitchell Starc’s viral moment with a fan at the airport is garnering reactions from all around the internet.
In the video, a clearly frustrated Starc can be seen sorting and arranging his stuff at the airport when a nosy fan seems to appear out of nowhere, filming the cricketer while saying, “Guys, today we have the IPL’s best cricketer, Mitchell Starc, with us”.

Starc, who is not participating in the remainder of the IPL, seems to be exhausted and focused on his own stuff, telling the fan to ‘go away’ multiple times, both verbally, as well as with the wave of his hands.
Amid the buzz of meeting someone ‘famous’, we Indians especially tend to forget the concept of privacy and personal space, getting right in the face of the person.

While feeling starstruck isn’t uncommon, one must always have the decency to know when to approach someone and when to carefully take a step back if that person seems wrapped up in his own stuff.
Shoving the camera right into someone’s face isn’t going to get you hugs; all it will do is ruin your own persona in front of someone you admire.
