A.R. Rahman is collaborating with Maniratnam in Thug Life after a long time now and fans are excited. This time Maniratnam’s old pal Kamal Hassan is there too and looks like these three stalwarts from the Tamil industry (and beyond) will be cooking something extraordinary.
But fans are anticipating that A.R. Rahman will rectify his mistakes with this film as he has a wonderful chemistry with Maniratnam. His last film Chhaava, despite being a huge success, was criticised because of its music.

Rahman’s composition in Chaava was called out for being not only ordinary but also unfit. The collaboration with Maniratnam and Kamal Hassan can bring the vintage Rahman back and people are excited to experience that.
Maniratnam’s films have always had exceptional and elevating music and hopefully Thug Life will not be an exception.

People were saying that other composers could have done a better job in Chhaava and Rahman is not the musical legend that he used to be previously.
Now is the master’s time to prove them wrong, and with all the hype that Thug Life’s newly released song ‘Jinguchaa’ is getting, it looks like Rahman is going to go very hard in this movie.
