Kuberaa, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles and directed by Sekhar Kammula, is all set for a worldwide theatrical release tomorrow. With only a few hours left until the release, pre-bookings are now happening in full swing.
In this scenario, yesterday, a premiere press show of the medium-budget movie DNA was screened in Chennai, which is also scheduled for a theatrical release tomorrow and starring Atharvaa and Nimisha Sajayan in the lead roles and directed by Nelson Venkatesan.

After the press show, many trackers are surprisingly pouring in overwhelming positive responses for the movie, with some mentioning it as Atharvaa’s comeback and a proper gripping thriller in Kollywood after a very long time.
Following the positive responses to DNA after the press show, some people on social media are responding that DNA’s positive reception could become a major threat to Kuberaa if the latter receives mixed responses upon its release.

Also, some people are pointing out that earlier, when Retro and Tourist Family were released on May 1st in theaters, despite having a huge star like Suriya, Retro was overshadowed by Sasi Kumar’s medium-budget movie Tourist Family due to overwhelmingly positive responses.
So, If Kuberaa receives mixed responses from the audiences, DNA could become a worthy opponent in Tamil Nadu.
