Following an ED raid on budding producer Aakash Baskaran, there is now strong speculation that the ED plans to investigate actors Dhanush, Sivakarthikeyan, and Silambarasan TR.
Aakash Baskaran debuted in the Kollywood industry as a producer with his Dawn Pictures, producing Dhanush’s upcoming Idly Kadai. Following Idly Kadai, he announced his next big projects back-to-back: Silambarasan TR’s STR 49 and Sivakarthikeyan’s Parasakthi.

In the meantime, he also produced and directed his debut movie, Idhayam Murali, which is scheduled to be released soon.
His back-to-back movies as a producer raised suspicions within the industry, as many trackers began to point out that even big production houses struggle to commit to multiple projects simultaneously, questioning how Aakash Baskaran was producing multiple major films at the same time. This scrutiny recently led to an ED raid against him.

After the ED raid against Aakash Baskaran, there is now strong speculation that ED officials are planning to investigate Sivakarthikeyan, Silambarasan TR, and Dhanush, as they are part of Aakash Baskaran’s upcoming productions.
However, there have been no official updates on this, and it remains to be seen whether these big stars will be investigated and if Aakash Baskaran’s Dawn Pictures will face further trouble in the coming days.
