According to reports, actor Sri’s payment for Irugapatru was not paid by the producers, and because of this and other reasons, he became depressed and cut ties with family and friends, leading to him living in isolation and becoming a drug addict.

Following this, social media users responded that Sri has a lot of potential to become a prominent star in Kollywood, as most of his movies were critically acclaimed, and it’s really sad to see him like this. They expressed hope for his comeback.
At the same time, Dream Warrior Pictures’ SR Prabhu, who produced the movie Irugapatru, posted on his Twitter that it feels sad to see him in this state and that he wants to help him.
