5-year-old Boy Shoots Himself

A Utah family is left in shock as their five-year-old son shot himself dead at their home.

The boy found a 9-mm handgun in his parent’s bedroom and fired a single shot to the head that took his life. What comes as another shocker is that the parents and one of his siblings were inside the home when the shooting happened. The father ran to the room as soon as he heard the gunshot but there was nothing he could do by then.

The police in their investigation didn’t find any foul play and there are no charges against the parents.
