British Airways is under fire for serving absolutely miserable coffee on their flights. Social media users seem to be in consensus that the Airline has failed to improve their beverage despite repeated complaints.
The taste was so terrible that a social media user flagged a minor improvement in BA’s coffee as “Breaking News” in his post. However, updating on his experience later, the person claimed the Airline returned to serving their terrible old coffee on the return flight.

Some other users are also claiming things are changing. A traveler overheard coffee sales reps in BA’s lounge discussing a new deal for short-haul flights.
Another long-haul economy passenger said their coffee was upgraded last week. However, most of the users are not convinced that the improvement will last.

Some passengers are paying £4 for what some describe as “hot water on granules.” Others say the taste is closer to “dirty dishwater.”
People are wondering why BA hasn’t partnered with a top coffee brand yet. Competitors are already ahead, offering better inflight brews.

If BA wants to maintain its reputation, fixing its coffee should be a priority. No one wants to start a journey with a disappointing, overpriced cup.
