F-1 Visa Freeze Scam

Amid the F-1 visa freeze in the US, students are desperate to get appointments and scammers are ready to exploit this vulnerability.

While aspirants anxiously wait for real updates, one guy is busy pushing fake embassy emails, editing appointment screenshots, and charging $499 for “verified slots.” He highlights supposed openings in the UK and UAE and sneakily adds a service fee.

This isn’t the first time either. People have accused this same person of circulating misleading updates during slot shortages in 2023 and 2024 too. Now he’s back with edited tables, emojis, and “click here” traps.

And the sad reality is that desperate students are even falling for this. Netizens flag his emails and warn each other while also calling for legal action against the person.

People accuse him of taking money from innocent students and when he fails to deliver on his promise he ghosts their refund demands. O
