The fear among the Indian diaspora is only starting to get worse and worse each day. The recent deportation of 104 Indians from the United States was just the beginning as there might be even rough times ahead.
As confirmed by the Indian government, the US has ordered another mass deportation of 487 more Indian nationals. During a press conference, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri confirmed that the government is in talks with the Trump administration to bring them back safely.

This follows the horrifying stories that are coming out from the latest group of Indian deportees. Indians who landed in Amritsar in a military aircraft shared how they saw people die while crossing borders, their 40-hour journey in restraints, and their struggle to even use washrooms.
What is more harrowing is that some claim they were only visiting the US border but were detained and deported back to India without any warning. Responding to stories, Misri said it was a “valid concern” and ensured they would raise this issue with US officials.
