Indian Teacher Molested 12 Kids

An Indian-origin teacher accused of sexually assaulting at least 12 kids has been released by the US court on bonds. After six months in jail and court proceedings, more horrific details have emerged in the case.

Tulsi Patel, a 22-year-old preschool teacher, was arrested in July 2024 for physically assaulting and molesting children at Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy in Alpharetta, Georgia. Since then a lawsuit alleged that the incidents took place in the span of two weeks and all the classmates “were forced to watch” these acts by the teacher.

However, on January 28, Patel was freed from Fulton County Jail after she posted a $75,000 bond along with $3,000 in pretrial conditions. According to reports, this is a conditional release but the details of the restrictions imposed on the accused have not been made public.

The Indian-origin woman is facing 15 charges against her including child molestation, cruelty to children, and battery. Various parents and children have been left with scars for life with Patel now roaming at large.

While the school continues to claim there was no evidence of misconduct found at its facility, the school director, Angela Martin, was arrested for allegedly ignoring a prior abuse complaint. The reports claim that the court has not decided the next hearing date in the case after the release.
