According to box office reports, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was a huge success, grossing around ₹269.35 cr worldwide. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film won hearts with Allu Arjun’s effortless charm and Thaman’s chartbuster music.

Kartik Aaryan tried to recreate the magic with Shehzada, the official Hindi remake. But despite the hype, Shehzada collected only ₹47.43 cr worldwide and fell way short of the original.
