
Amaran starring Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi is performing exceptionally well at the box office. The film was initially scheduled for its OTT release 28 days after its theatrical debut.
However, due to its incredible success in theaters, Netflix has decided to delay the streaming by a week.

The film will now likely release on December 11, instead of the originally planned November 28. This is the first time such a thing is happening with a Tamil film.
The movie has already grossed 124.30 crores at the Indian box office in just 9 days. The Telugu version of the film has also crossed 30 crore gross in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and is on track to hit 40 crore. Worldwide, it has made 203.57 crore.

Given its current trend, the movie could earn over 275 crore gross worldwide and possibly even break into the 300 crore club. It all depends on how Kanguva is received by the audience this week.
